Returns Policy
Change of mind:
If you are not happy for some reason you can return any unopened and unused product back to us within 14 days of receipt of the products to arrange a refund. You will need to pay for the return postage back to us and upon receipt of your returned goods we will process the refund which usually takes up to 14 days to clear back to your account. The refund will be returned to the original account from which payment was made for your order.
We recommend you obtain proof of delivery from the courier you use to send the product(s) back to RaRa Coffee so the return can be tracked if needed especially as RaRa Coffee cannot be held responsible or liable for goods lost / damaged in transit.

Incorrect items / damaged products / items are missing from the order:
If any items in your order have been received in an unsatisfactory condition or anything is missing from your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being received. Please send your order number, and clear photos of any damaged item alongside your pack slip to contact@raracoffee.co.uk Please contact us using the email address associated with your order. Please do not dispose of the items as you may need to return them to be eligible for a refund. Please see the return address above.
